We understand things come up! If you need to re-schedule your appointment, it's ok! According to our cleaning policies, any appointments canceled or re-scheduled more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, as outlined in our customer agreement and service terms, we reserve the right to charge the card on file a $75 cancellation fee. Exceptions can be made for emergency situations, so please call us to discuss.
We respect your 2nd amendment rights! However, for the safety of our staff and in adherence to our cleaning policies, please secure all firearms in your home prior to our arrival, as outlined in our customer agreement and service terms.
If we arrive at your home and are unable to gain entry, we will attempt to contact you and wait up to 30 minutes for a response or entry. As outlined in our customer agreement and cleaning policies, after 30 minutes, we will have to charge a $75 lockout fee to the payment method we have on file in accordance with our service terms.
In accordance with our cleaning policies outlined in the customer agreement, if we are unable to collect payment for the services rendered within 14 days of service, a 5% fee will be added to the balance of your outstanding invoices. This fee will be applied monthly for each unpaid invoice, as specified in our service terms.
Prime Polish & Co is dedicated to providing TOP NOTCH services while adhering to our cleaning policies. If at any point you are not satisfied with the work we've performed, according to our customer agreement, we want to make it right! Please contact us to discuss the issue, and we will be happy to find a resolution to the problems in line with our service terms.
Prime Polish & Co reserves the right to cancel a customer agreement with our clients at any time, for any reason, as outlined in our cleaning policies. If this situation occurs, you will receive an email from us explaining our decision.
Should you wish to cancel your contract with us, we require a written notice at least 30 days in advance to accommodate your request to terminate our service terms.
